I announce from time to time whether I take commissions or not at a given moment, as there may be times I may not be able to work on commissions. Currently I'm accepting commissions.

I only accept commission requests through a commission form I will make available. No commission form sent, no commission made, simple as that.

You can send a request form that best fits your request and then inform me via IM message, so I can check it out.

Once you've sent your form, I'll check it out, see if I can work on your commission and let you know before any payment occurs. Do not submit any payment before I let you know that I can work on your commission.

Commissions are on a first come-first serve base.

The maximum amount of available slots for commission requests I'm willing to get is 3 slots. This will get adjusted depending on how busy I might end up being offline, personal health and other factors.

If all of the slots are filled and I end up getting additional requests, those will be put on a waitlist until a taken slot becomes available. With that in mind, I'll try to update whenever commission slots are taken or available.

My turnabout time for commissions ranges from 1 week to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the request and whether I'm also busy irl.

If I don't get a reply at least 1 week after I notify that I've checked your commission request, you're getting removed from the commission list. If this occurs 3 times, you'll be blacklisted from future commission requests.

I can decline making a commission for anyone if: I'm uncomfortable with a particular request, I cannot do commissions for any reason (e.g. too busy with real life or health ), I cannot find the resources needed or the request is not available for the time being / beyond my own capabilities.

I will also turn down a commission request if it's too vague or doesn't give me enough info to work with

I will NOT accept requests for the following: gore, blatantly sexually graphic content, as well as taboo or offensive content.

Like with regular resources, credit is mandatory when using any of my commissions. You can mention me on a post, write it down on a carrd or site page, as long as it's visible.

Completed commissions will be used as preview samples for future commissions. They will also be available for you to acquire on Drime ( an alternative to Google Docs ) for 2 weeks before I delete them to make some space.

All commissions are private and confidential. Anybody trying to ask me for customer info will be blocked.

I accept payment full in advance through Ko-Fi or Stripe upon request ( I use Stripe as a payment processor for all of my resources & commissions ).

All payments are non-refundable ( with a few exceptions ), taking into account platform expenses and deductions.

If there's an issue with payment or you cannot afford to make a commission for the time being, let me know and we can postpone the commission for a later date.

Before sending a commission request, please check if you can really afford to make a commission at the moment.

I use euros ( EUR ) as default currency for all of my commissions.

I use my own PSD colorings for all commissions, though if any other creators allow me to use any of their psd colorings for my commissions or previews with visible credits, I don't mind doing that.

I will ONLY use fanart on my commissions if: a) there is proof of asking permission from the artist beforehand. Otherwise, that's a no-go. b) you're the artist and want me to use something you yourself made or c) the original artist is okay with their artwork being used in commissions and graphic edits.

I may make psd colorings from scratch to be used in commissions, especially if it's for a personalized graphic + psd coloring.

At the start of the commission, I'll work on a draft, then send it to you watermarked. If you like how it looks like, I'll continue working on it until you get the final result. If you like the commission I made for you and want to continue making your own resources ( headers, banners, etc. ) using the same template, I'll be happy to give the PSD file(s) to you, as long as you don't take them to other commissioners to make graphics for you. The PSD file is for your own personal use only and additionally charged.

End commission results are sent as png files ( or gif files if it's an animated request ), unless you've also requested the psd file I've worked on.

This does not apply for commissioned icon templates, dash icon templates and psd colorings, where the PSD file is delivered anyway.

Don't use my commissions for Generative AI or NFT purposes, or else I'll blacklist you from any future requests
